We respect your privacy
No passwords or personal information (i.e.: name, address, date of birth, etc.) are exchanged. Your Sign-In Partner won’t know which government service you’re accessing and the government won’t know which Sign-In Partner you’re using.
How does it work?
SecureKey Concierge is Simple, Convenient, and Secure. When visiting a government services website that offers SecureKey Concierge, select the “Sign-In Partner Login” option. Choose your bank and login as usual.
Staying Safe from Phishing and Fraud
SecureKey’s services are designed to keep you safe and secure. We will never send you an unprompted email or text message to log-in to services using SecureKey Concierge.

What is SecureKey Concierge?
SecureKey Concierge is a commercial service operating independently of the Sign-In Partners and the [INSERT GOVERNMENT BODY AND JURISDICTION].
Is it safe to use my bank log-in information on this service site?
We are committed to keeping your confidential information safe. Your bank (financial institution) applies the same security rigour when you access a government service as they do for your online banking.
How do the banks (financial institutions) protect my information?
Banks (financial institutions) won’t share any personal or account information with SecureKey Concierge or the online government services you access. We’re only verifying your authorized access using your online banking credentials. Your bank log-in is protected through the same security standards that apply to online banking.
How do I use the SecureKey Concierge service to sign in to participating government services websites?
When visiting a government services website that offers the SecureKey Concierge service, you will see the option to sign in using one of the sign-in partners listed.
Note: The first time you sign in using SecureKey Concierge, you will be asked to either accept or decline the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice. Once you accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Notice, you will be directed to the government services website.
I am not able to sign in using my business account. What should I do?
SecureKey Concierge does not support sign-in for business accounts at this time.
How does SecureKey Concierge protect my information?
SecureKey Concierge acts as an information filter between online government services and Sign-In Partners. This ensures that no government service knows which Sign-In Partner you are using, and that no Sign-In Partner knows which government service you are accessing. No personally identifying information or banking details are ever shared.
The only information your Sign-In Partner supplies to SecureKey Concierge is a randomly generated number created on your first use of the system and returned to SecureKey Concierge with each subsequent use of the system. No passwords or personal information (i.e.: name, address, date of birth, financial information, etc.) are exchanged during this process.

Can I change Sign-In Partners?
Yes. You can change your Sign-In Partner at any time. However, some government services require you to complete identity proofing questions when you use a new Sign-In Partner.
Is there a way to change Sign-In Partners without having to re-enroll in the government service?
Yes. By using the “Switch My Sign-In Partner” link, you will be guided through the process of switching from one Sign-In Partner to another.
Can I use SecureKey Concierge if I already have an existing government-issued user ID and password?
Yes. Using SecureKey Concierge means that you don’t have to remember or manage a variety of user IDs and passwords as your “login credentials.” Simply use the user ID and password that you frequently use to log in to your chosen Sign-In Partner.
What if I change the User ID and password for my Sign-In Partner?
If you change your login information, then you must use this new login information to access the online government sites.
What if I cancel my online banking service?
If you cancel your online access privileges with your bank, you will no longer be able to access the online government site using your cancelled user ID and password. Only active online banking user IDs and passwords can be used to access this service. You can choose to switch your Sign-In Partner or use any existing login options offered by the [INSERT GOVERNMENT BODY AND JURISDICTION].

How does SecureKey Concierge work on this participating government service site?
Many financial institutions have joined the SecureKey Concierge service to make it more convenient for you to sign into secure online government services’ sites. When you enter your online banking username and password, your Sign-In partner confirms that the log-in credentials you entered are authentic and valid, but never shares any personal or financial information with the service you’re accessing.
None of your Sign-In Partner information will be shared with the [INSERT GOVERNMENT BODY AND JURISDICTION]. Your Sign-In Partner will not know which government service you are using. No personally identifying information or banking details are ever shared.

How do I get an online banking (financial institution) username and password to use with this participating services site?
First, you need to register with your financial institution for online banking. Once you’re registered, you can start using your personal bank log-in and password to access secure service sites.
How is my information protected?
No online service receives information about which bank (financial institution) you are using or your account details; similarly, the bank receives no information about which online service you are accessing. The only information the banks supply is a unique anonymous number that is created the first time you sign in using the service. That number is then returned each subsequent time you sign in using the service. No personally identifying information or banking details are ever shared.

My Sign-In Partner knows who I am so why do I still have to provide my basic identity information to enroll in the service?
The Sign-In Partner does not provide any identity information to the Government and simply validates your user name or card number and password.
Each department and agency has a unique registration process. If this is your first time accessing the [INSERT GOVERNMENT BODY AND JURISDICTION]’s online government services using a Sign-In Partner, you must identify yourself by providing some personal information.
The same applies to any other participating services.
What are the benefits of using SecureKey Concierge to access online services? Why use my bank (financial institution) log-in?
Using your bank log-in is a convenient way to sign in to online government sites or other participating services, and it saves you the trouble of having to create another new username and password.
By using a Sign-In Partner, you can enjoy the comfort and familiarity of signing in online with a trusted brand.
Who can use this service?
Anyone who uses the online services offered by one or more of our Sign-In Partners can use SecureKey Concierge.
Does SecureKey Concierge support joint accounts?
SecureKey Concierge does not support joint accounts at this time.
Can I access multiple government services with one Sign-In Partner?
Yes, you can use the same Sign-In Partner to access any number of government services that offer the option of using SecureKey Concierge.
Can I use different Sign-In Partners for different government services?
Yes, you can use multiple Sign-In Partners.
What if I don’t deal with any of the Sign-In Partners listed?
If you don’t currently use any of the Sign-In Partners listed, you will need to check if the government service you are trying to access offers an alternative way to sign-in. You can also check back later, as the list of trusted Sign-In Partners supported by SecureKey Concierge is always growing.

No. You are neither required nor obligated to use this online service. You can still use any existing login options offered by the [INSERT GOVERNMENT BODY AND JURISDICTION]. If the government service you wish to access does not offer other ways to sign in, please keep checking back as most services will continue to add new ways to sign in over time.

- Credentials: Typically, this is your user ID/password combination that you would use to sign in to access services.
- Sign-In Partner: The list of organizations that have partnered with SecureKey Technologies to offer you the SecureKey Concierge service. Sign-In Partners may include financial institutions and telecommunications companies, amongst others.
- Financial Institution: Commonly referred to as your bank. Financial institutions also represent credit unions, and other banking institutions.
